Otis had been dumping sewage type materials which had seeped into groundwater and is now a issue to fix since this "Sewage" can be harmful. Gallons of groundwater is being pollutated and ruining the soil which we know takes thousands of years to make a gram its killing it. We are trying to clean up the water and soil and fix this problem since its so dangerous that our groundwater that we can end up drinking is contaminated with these chemicals.
